Wedding Day Schedule

5:00 PM | Doors Open

The ceremony will take place in the second-floor Rotunda. Please kindly arrive by 5:00 PM to ensure a prompt commencement.

5:30 PM | Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony lasting approximately 30 minutes.

6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour

Following the ceremony, please join us in the museum courtyard for cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres. An elegant indoor space is available should the weather require. The bar will remain fully open for the duration of the evening.

7:00 PM | Dinner & Reception

Dinner will be hosted in the museum's Lecture Hall. Escort cards will be provided to direct you to your assigned seat. Guests will be served a plated dinner featuring their pre-selected appetizer and entrée, followed by dessert and wedding cake.

8:30 PM | Dancing & Late-Night Snacks

Following the toasts, the dance floor will open. Late-night snacks will be served concurrently and remain available until the conclusion of the evening.

10:30 PM | Evening Concludes

The reception draws to a close, and the venue will officially close at 10:30 PM.
